Idaho does not have a single licensed poker room in the state.  Playing poker here is considered illegal and is a middemeanor offense.  All forms of poker are illegal including home games and online poker.  Even though playing poker is illegal in this state, you will still be able to open a poker account at any of the poker rooms that accept Americans.

Poker is considered gambling here and gambling is illegal outside a licensed establishment.  Breaking the gambling laws of Idaho will result in a misdemeanor offense.  It is unclear to us on what the punishment would be, but it seems that online poker players are not in the states radar, yet.
