Poker is considered gambling here and gambling is illegal outside a licensed establishment.  Breaking the gambling laws of Idaho will result in a misdemeanor offense.  It is unclear to us on what the punishment would be, but it seems that online poker players are not in the states radar, yet.

You are out of luck if you are planning of playing live poker in the state of Idaho.  The only poker games available here is video poker at the casinos and home poker games among your friends.
