Pro-Am Poker Equalizer kicks off on ESPN

Pro-Am Poker Equalizer kicks off on ESPN.  The Pro-am poker equalizer runs on January 7 to February 18.  There is four professional poker players and two celebrities, playing poker every episode.  The celebrities get an extra 50% more chips than the established pros.

On the first episode, Erick Lindgren, Phil Ivey, Daniel Negreanu, John Juanda, Jose Canseco and Cheryl Hines played.  Episode 2 has Johnny Chan, Mike Matusow, Shawn Sheikhan, Gus Hansen, Nicholas Gonzalez and Yancey Arias playing live poker.  On episode 3 there will be Clonie Gowen, David Williams, Ted Forrest, Allen Cunningham, Jennifer Tilly and Penn Jillette competing to make it the final table.  Episode 4 has Chris Ferguson, Howard Lederer, Phil Laak, Jennifer Harman, Cindy Margolis, Jeremy Sisto and episode 5 has Gabe Kaplan, Gavin Smith, Andy Bloch, Erik Seidel, Shannon Elizabeth, Don Cheadle playing live poker.  On episode 6 there is the WSOP champion (Jamie Gold), Huckleberry Seed, Jeff Madsen, David Benyamine, Shana Hiatt and Jason Alexander.

Episode 7 will revisit all highlights from the past six episodes.  The final match will be on February 18th, with the winner taking home $500,000.
