traffic at peak hours.  The lowest stakes for fixed games are $.25/.50, and for the NL and PL ring games
the stakes start at $.15/.25.  There is good traffic in the Texas Holdem ring games up to the $1/2 level.  
Interpoker players should be able to find a soft game easily at these stakes, if they take just a little bit of
time choosing their tables.
